BE IT KNOWN that the Roblox Department of Education, hereinafter referred to as "the Department" or "ROED," is hereby established as the supreme governing authority over all educational systems operating within the platform.
Article I — Authority
The Department holds final and exclusive authority over the certification, regulation, and administrative supervision of all districts, schools, the Board of Education, and the conduct of elections within its jurisdiction.
Article II — Structural Hierarchy
All districts, schools, the Board of Education, and electoral bodies operate under the direct oversight of the Department. No subordinate institution may act in contravention of standards established by the Office of the Secretary.
Article III — Powers Reserved
- Election Certification. The Department alone certifies the results of elections conducted under its authority.
- Policy Enforcement. The Department promulgates and enforces all binding policies on member institutions.
- System Regulation. The Department establishes and revises operational standards across districts and schools.
- Administrative Control. The Department maintains executive authority over personnel actions affecting district and school leadership.
Article IV — The Board of Education
The Board of Education shall serve as a deliberative governing body operating beneath the Department. The Board shall not possess independent regulatory authority and operates exclusively under ROED supervision.
Article V — Transparency
The Department commits to maintaining a complete and public record of its administrative actions, including the publication of meeting minutes, election results, and audit reports.
